The band and I have a show next Saturday 2/11, The Rock Hop in San Jose. All ages, at a venue that is part tiki lounge, part comic book store, all rock and roll. It’ll be a blast. To support this show, I’ll be chatting/performing on San Jose State’s radio station, KSJS 90.5FM next Wednesday from 8-10pm with Picture Atlantic and Dogcatcher (both bands will be playing the Rock Hop with us). Wow!! So cool, I was listed as #9 on Live 105′s “Top 10 Bands/Artists You Didn’t See on the Top 20 List of 2011″. Check out the blurb and the other artists on the top 10 list! Big thanks to whoever tweeted me to the station… Keep watch these next couple months, I’m releasing new songs and music videos and much much more! Here’s to a great New Year….

Tomorrow ABC (KGO-TV) will be doing an all-day holiday telethon at the Alameda County Community Food Bank. They’ll be interviewing representatives, clients, agencies, etc. from around the Bay Area, and in between some of these spots will be LIVE 15-20 second solo performances by yours truly, ‘Girl Named T’! I’ll be playing some of your favorite carols, or if you hate carols then they may be your least favorites, but I’ll also be mixing in a few originals, like “Green” and “Raven Fly“.
So if you’re up between the hours of 5:30 and 7am, and watching “Good Morning America” on ABC, you may see me, jingle-bell rockin’. I’ll also be on between 1:30-3:30pm, with much less caffeine in my blood (but still rocking)!
And this IS a fund-raising drive for the Alameda County Food Bank, who are experiencing a critical shortage in food right now, so if you have the resources you could think about contributing to this great organization.
